I had the honour of working closely with Santosh, founder of Soul Probe, when he was a member of A Good Space Co-operative (AGS) and I was their community builder. He took the initiative to explore how the 58 AGS members could discover their skills, talents, and experiences to better support each other. In facilitating multiple Reciprocity Ring exercises and co-creating a community asset mapping platform, I’ve seen how Santosh’s open heart, empathy and careful listening create a space for people to feel safe enough to ask for help and to offer assistance to others. His ability to quickly see potential matches among diverse offers and requests for help also speaks to his skills as a connector. Thank you for inspiring others with your loving presence, Santosh!
Santosh has a brilliant intellectual mind that allows him to grasp and flex complex intellectual concepts very quickly. He asks a lot of good questions, and very quickly grasps the crux of many issues…Building off the intellectual rigour, he is then able to flex and explore concepts from first-principles… he also applied the same strengths in another workstream that explored applying network and platform theories to Singapore’s physical and digital connectivity. This was a particularly well received piece of work, where he got a lot of praise from then-Deputy Secretary of the Ministry of Transport, as well as strategy Directors from IMDA and the Prime Minister’s Office’s Strategy Group for the imaginative solutioning from first-principles. He had also explored an alternative form of value-capture for Singapore, in the form of aggregating demand and attention.
Santosh’s strengths go beyond the intellectual: he has an acute emotional sensitivity, and has often made astute observations about interpersonal dynamics, simply as a silent observer. He genuinely shows care and concern for most around him, especially amongst his peers. This combination led him to having a very wide network of contacts across various levels of seniority and outside of EDB.
Santosh, founder of Soul Probe, quickly grasps the big picture of an idea and places it in its correct context. He understands the Singapore business climate and can quickly provide the right framework to establish or expand on a notion within it. What I admire most about Santosh is his consideration for the social context in all of his thoughts and recommendations.
An excellent facilitator, with vast experience, he always makes it simple to understand in the most layman terms. To overload so many frameworks and tools within this short time of frame is only possible with both of them.
He is very inspirational and always driven on each class or topic discussed. He is also deep into the notes, theories, books and helpful to illustrate with easy to understand definitions or examples. I enjoyed his level of energy and openness so that we have no barriers to ask and add our thoughts.

Santosh is very caring, he spent lots of effort in making sure that we get the most out of this unit and always pace out time for Q&A or feedback between lessons.
Santosh, founder of Soul Probe, coached me in the techniques of Yoga and Breathwork back in August 2021 while I was facing a health crisis. He was always sharing his hard won spiritual wisdom like "breathe" "relax into the flow" "embrace the pain" etc. He truly has so many qualities of a great coach. First he was always most patient, then one can see his boundless compassion, his passion for all things spiritual and healing. He is also a very kind, gentle, sensitive and humble person. I suspect that he is very well attuned to the very subtle vibrations of life.
My life had taken a terrible turn with multiple upsets happening in succession. With dedication and empathy, Santosh sought first to listen deeply for a good understanding of my predicament before walking me through the various stages of coaching and therapy. The coaching sessions were varied and interesting, which also included a trip to various nature spots to facilitate the inclusion of an element of nature to help us tune inwards to seek answers that we may be looking for. The conscientious care that he put into his sessions was very much tangible and helped to accelerate the process to clarity. Lastly, given the prevailing environment where technology has pervaded so many aspects of our lives, care and sincerity have become rare commodities. Santosh's sincerity and care make him a great coach and friend.
Santosh, founder of Soul Probe, is incredibly intuitive, nurturing, communicative and giving. His courage to confront his wounds, as well as society's wounds over the years have given him the ability to hold and facilitate deep spaces for others to heal. Being seen in both my light and shadow by Santosh, with so much acceptance and appreciation, has catalyzed growth and healing in myself. He continues to develop his sensitivity to nature and his inner landscape. This sensitivity has allowed him to accurately mirror back to people their blind spots - be it an aspect of their personality or area in their life which they rather "run away" from. What I find incredibly inspiring about Santosh is his relentlessness in advocating for ways in which we could do better individually and collectively.
