Our Approach

Soul Probe, with its ecosystem of partners, has been enacting organisational, systems and societal change across all spheres of society for over a decade. On one hand, we have sought to understand the conditions that lead to dysfunctional and decaying organisations and societies. On the other hand, we have distilled the secrets of the whole and fulfilling human living, the blossoming of human potential, peak organisational performance and the flourishing of human civilizations.

In the realm of organisational and systems change, we have experience with three types of organisational development (OD) philosophies: diagnostic, dialogical, ontological and awareness-based change. The ones that lead to truly holistic and lasting change and peak organisational performance are ontological and awareness in nature.

If all you have is a hammer, you tend to treat everything as a nail. An organisation that is mature in its Organisational Development journey develops a repertoire of tools to solve its challenges.

In our sincere search for the answers to the most challenging and pressing global challenges across environmental, economic, political, social, technological and cultural issues, we chanced upon ancient knowledge systems and wisdom which presented an inside-out approach to address these challenges and unlock human potential.

Our approach to change starts with changing the way we see ourselves (or our identities) beyond this felt sense of a separate skin-encapsulated body. Second, we bring in harmony and cultivate a more wholesome and nurturing relationship with our bodies, breath, mind, emotions and intellect. Third, we transcend the limits of our limited intellect to access a source of intelligence that is far greater than us.
