During COVID-19, the community noticed cracks in the ways we attended to the needs of marginalised communities. A Good Space conducted an experiment through a civic tech tool, OPPi to coalesce views from different social sector players. We uncovered key insights for what the future of social services might be. These insights can shed deeper light into what we can do as a community to help support the current and emerging needs of these marginalised communities.
