Soul Probe’s Founder, Santosh, worked with the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth to design a statistically representative survey of approximately 1000 participants on women’s development. This was in line with the Singapore government’s gender equality review that started in October 2020. The insights on care work, housework and workplace policies can be found in the following article. The results from another study with AWARE based on 560 participants are in the following blog post. In addition, Santosh partnered with Global Shapers Singapore to conduct a review of workplace policies. Excerpts of the insights were captured in a video interview here.
